1. Please give an intro about Veepal.

Veepal was incorporated in the year 2010 head office at Bangalore, India. Mr. Vipal Panchal and Hiren Panchal are leading management people.

Veepal was incorporated by Mr. Vipal Panchal with a passion of providing emerging technology solutions to small and medium business segments across the globe.


3. What is your major service sectors?

We are in web and mobile app development services and we work on below technologies:

PHP(Magento, WordPress, CodeIgnitor, Prestashop, Joomla, Laravel 5), iOS(Swift, Objective C), Android, Java, .Net, Odoo, sql/mysql

4. What is Veepal’s business model, marketing and success rate?

We have 3 business models.  

Client have flexibility to select any models which suits them. Marketing channels are Email Marketing, Social Media and Referrals.

5. How Veepal standout from the rest of other companies?

We have a highly skilled designers and coders in our in-house team. We have a flexible and easy going working environment that anyone can adjust. We train our employees in every aspects… Technical Skills, Behavioral Skills and Learning Skills

7. How you estimate cost of a project?

First we discuss in detail with client about their requirement. Then we prepare rough sketch/protocol for the same with nominal rates. We prefer to prepare sketch because client can ensure that we understand their concept. On approval of rough sketches we prepare detailed proposal that contain project plan and estimation. On approval of proposal we send contract to get started.

Average pricing is USD 2000-15000. In billing we take payments via wire transfer and PayPal. Payments terms: 20% upfront, 25% design approval. 35% on first release and 20% before delivery of code/final product.

8. What are the main challenges and problems you face?

Main challenges are with freelancers who provide low quality work for cheaper price. But I am glad that reputed firm also needs confidentiality and legal documents to be signed. And as a registered company we sign NDA and Contract with client.

Also Competition is bigger challenges however; we are much flexible with client when they come on board. So we can get recurrent business.

9. Our promise to Our customers.

Client need 100% satisfaction and we do that anyhow by delivering each milestone on time. To be on time we prepare project plan in advance and we follow that strictly to avoid rush hours at the delivery time. Customers are happy because we provide what they exactly need and we walk extra miles for better solution without charging extra money (up to certain hours work)

10. Vision and future expansion plans?

We are emerging tech services provider. We vision our company to be technology partners of all type of firms. i.e. E-Commerce, Real Estate, Online Media, Start-ups, Banking and Insurance.
