Remote Monitoring of Patients with Heart Problems

Develop and design an Android App that integrates with several wearables that allow patients to measure different vital signs. The App will help the patient to measure the data and this data is reported in real time to another App that the doctor has so he/she can monitor their patients remote. The app also has a chat module and a therapies module that the doctor can assign to their patients.
